Xp clients not updating dns

It is an issue on Server 2000, 2003, 2008, 2008R2, Server 2012, Server 2012 R2 and will likely be an issue in the newer builds.

If it must be done, can anybody walk me through the process of setting it up or give me a link?

A majority of the computers do not have internet access so they must connect to the WSUS to get updates.
