Ms access rowsource not updating

(I launch the userform from a button on the sheet) Where must I place the code? Code: Hi All, I have the below code which deletes all items from a listbox and my excel sheet which is the source for populating that listbox.I am using a option button style for my listbox and the selection style as single .i.e. Delete End If Next I End With End Sub Hey there, I have been tasked with introducing userforms into an excel sheet and tbh I'm quite amazed that excel has this capability of adding userforms to excel sheets.

I have been adding code to the end of this event handler expecting it to be the last thing to be executed. I tried your suggestions too but they did not work.

Dave The database is changed by code similar to the following: im str SQL As String Dim insert DB As DAO. If anyone can give me insight into why the other suggestions may not have worked, please do. The code which inserted the record was called from a second form which was opened just before the .requery event.

Perhaps if you posted more details of the SQL for the combo's recordsource and what is changing on the form we could assist you more.

-Stewart I would concentrate on simplifying these conditions.

I have a combobox on a form which has to change its rowsource at run time on the basis of a particular label selection.

I have managed to do the same but the problem is that it takes time to requery the combobox. Microsoft Office Access 2007 provides a number of tools for updating existing records, including datasheets, forms, queries, find-and-replace, and the new Data Collection feature. As you proceed, remember that updating data is not the same process as entering new data.If the selection of the label changes, the combobox record points out to the same records as previous one.Only after click on other controls does the records are as expected. Refresh method call - assuming that the label change you refer to is in your own instance of the database.I have a combobox which looks up a list using an SQL statement in the Row Source field.
